Who's Online and SMF Integration

 The core who's online module is integrated to SMF component.
In addition to just plain and simple userid information, a link to user
profile and sending message was also added.
Installation:
1. Download the zip file and extract the content.
2. Backup your original module from modules directory.
3. Ovewrite the original file with this hacked file.
Note: this is for Mambo 4.5.2
