Who's Online, PMS, and Community Builder Integration

In addition to Who's Online and PMS integration, Community Builder is
integrated as well. This is perfect for sites that use these three
components.
Instructions:
1. Download the zip file and extract the content.
2. Backup your original module from modules directory.
3. Ovewrite the original file with this hacked file.
Note: this is only tested with 4.5.1
