Who's Online And PMS Integration

Who's Online is part of Mambo core. PMS is a private messanging
component. To provide a better user experience, a small email icon is
displayed beside an online user. When clicked, this takes the user
directly to PMS page.
Instructions:
1. Download the zip file and extract the content.
2. Backup your original module from modules directory.
3. Ovewrite the original file with this hacked file.
Note: this is only tested with 4.5.1
