When installing the mod I get the following error:
2: copy(/home/betacars/public_html/smf/Themes/default/script.js~): failed to open stream: Permission denied File: /home/betacars/public_html/smf/Sources/Subs-Package.php Line: 1307
After banging my head for 2 hours with this problem I wound up chmoding everything in the smf directory to 777. I also chmoded public_html to 777. Still no luck.
I also have this screenshot of the package manager right before I hit "proceed".
In Package Manager click on Installation Options once there deselect "Create Backup versions of replaced files with a tilda (~) on the end of their names."
