I have never imaged that Microsoft can do this!!! ripping off Ubuntu Linux Distro Logo to design the logo of MSN Spaces!!!
what they mean by doing this?!?!?!
a spacers has been created their to let everyone know about it, the spacer can be found here

They are similar indeed but I wonder how a trademark is violated, when the design is completely different.
