QUOTE & SPELL CHECK bug!
« on: May 02, 2005, 05:57:11 AM »

This is realy annoying, when you click QUOTE or SPELL CHECK on the forum it just directs you with a popup to the home page.

Before i work on this issue... are you having a problem with 1.3.0?

This forum is actually using 1.3 now. Maybe you can try the new version first.

I tried 1.3.1 and the problem persists... You can quote, but you can't reply and then 'insert quote' from comments below (displays a popup with forum home).

Any news about that issue?

It's now possible to quote, but spell check is impossible in wrapped mode, the Javascript popup just display the whole site instead of the Spellchecker dialog. I know orstio had the same problem and solved it but your code is too different from his to solve it the same way.

Could you have a look at it?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure if I can handle maintaining 2 versions. But this will certainly be addressed in 1.3x.

Sure, I was looking forward to see it in 1.3, but for now it's not solved even in 1.3.1.2, any luck you fix it for 1.3.1.3? Wink

Cheers

Any movement on this working in 1.3.1.3+? I'm using 1.3.1.3 currently with SMF 1.05, wrapped and the spellchecker just launches the home page.

We're about to release 1.3.2 with SMF 1.1 support. We'll try to include the fix for this.

EDIT: Looks like this will be deferred. My server does not support spell check.
