New install, cannot configure

Hello,

I have the following software:

RHEL 2.1 ES
Apache 1.3.27
MySQL 3.23.58
PHP 4.1.2
SMF 1.0.5
Mambo 4.5.2
Mambo-SMF 1.3x

In configuring Mambo Administration, I click on Mambo-SMF forum Configuration to configure it. I got this warnings and error:

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/mos/components/com_smf/language/english.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/html/mos/administrator/components/com_smf/admin.smf.php on line 19

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: smfblanguage in /var/www/html/mos/administrator/components/com_smf/admin.smf.php on line 22

How do I proceed? Please advise. Thanks.
