real name - username

real name - username

in smf is displayed the realname from the users - i want to display the username. can i change this?

I don't think so... that's SMF's default.

is it possible to build into the next version of the component a special sync option: username = displayed name in smf ?
I think there are many users out there with this wish or am i the only one?

this can be done easily but it would be tricky and can mess up the data.

I guess it would just be up to the users to change their display name.
