I have read all topics here regarding Community Builder and SMF compatibility, but am still very much confused. On a system that I have SMF+Community Builder, can someone please explain:

1. Which login module should be used? Community Builder's, SMF's or regular mambo login? When you login to one, are you logged into all?

2. How is the registration process handled? This is kind of related to (1), but I have customized Community Builder to include more fields for each user, such as occupation, etc. So, first of all, where does on register at? Using CBs login module, or SMFs login module? And, when one user registers, how can he enter all information (all being info required by Mambo + Community Builder + SMF) at once? Who handles this?

3. Does this work really ?

Can someone pleaaseee clarify/explain this in layman's term?

Thanks for the quick reply, but what about the CB part of the story  especially in terms of registration? How do you register and create information for all these 3? Can you use the register link from the optional login module?
