Same problem here. In the previous versions (1.2.x) that problem was solved by editing admin.smf.php. Some instances existed where include once ('rdf.php') had to be replaced with the absolute path. This problem has been solved now but now the save function does not work at all, not even after having manually edited the config file.

Problem with save button as above and in addition the menu tabs "User Manager" and "Language" of the Mambo-SMF Forum Configuration screen where not displayed.
Ran admin in Mozilla 1.7.5 and returned to admin in IE - No change Ran admin in FireFox 1.0.4 and returned to admin in IE - Problems corrected
