So, how does this evolve with the 1.0.3 version of the bridge? Any closer?  Wink

Did a little search it seems this CB is a profile thingy, am I correct?

What is the difference between CB (www.mambojoe.com) and CB Enhanced (www.mambome.com), are they completley different. Thanks

Browse those two sites, and you will quickly see the differences.
MamboJoe will have RC1 ready soon, and it offers some of the same functionality that MamboMe has added to their version.

Does anyone have a SMF 1.0.3 SMF Forum 1.3.1 and COmmunityy Builder (mambojoe or mambome) integration working? I had the Mamboi & SMF Forum working well, tried integrating CB (from Mambojoe) and all h^%*^
broke loose. Had to rebuild my site. Womdering if others had worked through the steps to get this working?

Install mambo, then CB(E), install smf, then this integration according to instructions. Works like a charm at my testsite.

OK, I will try in that order and see what happens. I installed CB last.

So what ever happened to this.  Are CB and SMF compatible with the new versions of the bridge?  I would like to know what the final solution is to getting a compatible CB and SMF site up.

I am nearly finished with the CB - SMF integration, new users are synced inside SMF during registration and depending on the administrators options (require confirmation, approval etc).
I have also ported the gallery2 adduser functions to the CB components all of this options are controlled through the admin section, so the user can decide if he wants SMF and / or Gallery2 integration. If none of this 2 components are present then the CB component acts as normal.
I released also the mod_smfpm module, which allows the user to have his red and unread pm status.
The CB component (the hacked one) will be ready sometime next week depending on my workload.
Regards
