Title: Support for sef_ext.php extended SEF Post by: Paul Earley on April 02, 2005, 03:25:57 PM Cowboy:
Your integration is a superb addition to my website. The installation keeps getting better & better and I have stopped hacking SMF and Mambo to make things work. :D I am not a great PHP programmer, and cannot seem to get the SEF extentions to work with the SMF component. Some functionality works, other parts do not. I wonder if you have an interest in reworking the attached sef_ext.php file for your component. I might be able to help via time or $ donation to effort. We would like to have it for our site, and I am sure many others who use SEF Advanced or 404SEF might as well. I will look at your file when all the minor bugs are fixed.

Marko/Predator has set-up an OpenSEF Demo and Testing site on which we have installed the MamboHacks/SMF. We plan on upgradig the OpenSEF.org site to the same SMF soon. We would really like to have a fully working SMF with advanced SEF to demo. Has anything happened with this to complete the advanced SEF functions? I know you and Marko/Predator had some contact regarding vBridge. Would it be possible for us to work with you to get this sef_ext file fully functioning? Thanks. guess i knew more about you than you about me ;D just a fan of your bridge and not the one from Theodore Hildebrandt ( orstio ). Your bridge was a pattern for me for vbridge ( vBulletin bridge ) Back to the Topic i have installed this sef_ext.php with OpenSEF, but there are some Bugs, maybe me can get in touch about this. Demo is on http://opensef.wh-solution.com Regards
