Title: SMF 1.1 support?
Post by: Ray on July 08, 2005, 06:13:00 PM
Cowboy, first I want to tell you how much I appreciate all your efforts in building the Mambo-SMF integration mod.  I have been testing it on a board I'm developing for the Healthcare IT industry using Mambo 4.1.5.3 and SMF 1.05.

I'm creating another website and installed SMF 1.1 beta3(public) instead of the stable 1.05; however, the Mambo-SMF integration does not install on the SMF side (it warns that there are several errors and I should not continue).
I am considering going back to SMF 1.0.5 in order to use your mod, but if you are on the verge of releasing SMF 1.1 support, I won't need to back-rev.

Can you tell me if you are more than two weeks away from releasing SMF 1.1 support?

I'm looking at working on 1.1 compatible by next weekend. It should be easy, unless SMF 1.1 did something that will make it harder for me to implement the changes.

Just use 1.0.5 for now. Besides, upgrading should be easy.

I am wanting to integrate my smf to mambo... but I use 1.1.  Has this been accomplished?  Thanks!

Keep up the great work!
