Title: Upload Component - Failed
Post by: Jay Westmark on March 27, 2005, 06:44:59 AM
I was using the other SMF-bridge 3.02 and was having problems with it so I uninstalled the components, the modules and removed and deleted the package from SMF.

Then I followed the instructions here for Mambo-SMF and when I install the components I get the error message below.

The directory and file permissions are all 0777 .

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

-jay

check the permission of the following files and directory, it should be writable ot (777):

/administrator/components
/components/

In Components Administration page, it should tell you if required directories are not writable.
