Title: Re: LOGIN / LOGOUT FIX Post by: PSmith on May 29, 2005, 09:16:45 PM Hi Cowboy,
I've installed "SMFMamboMod_1.3.1a.zip" into SMF using the package manager and I am now getting the follwing message on my Mambo front page in the Mambo-SMF login box: "Please go to Mambo-SMF Integration configuration to patch the mambo template." Also, my main content window is now remains empty no matter which of my menu button I click on. In the back-end, Mambo-SMF Forum Configuration reports: INSTALLATION CHECKLIST: installed Install SMF Forum on the same database as Mambo. installed Install SMFMamboMod.zip using your SMF Package Manager. done Patch mambo index.php file. [verify] done Synchronize Mambo and SMF users. Note: I am still using com_mambo_smf_forum_1.3.1.zip and mod_mambo_smf_login_1.2.zip. Title: Re: LOGIN / LOGOUT FIX Post by: PSmith on May 29, 2005, 09:37:49 PM Apologies all. I had failed to unistall mod_smf_login.
My login/logout issues appear resolved. Great job to all! Title: Re: LOGIN / LOGOUT FIX Post by: PSmith on May 29, 2005, 10:49:35 PM Greets All..
Couple minor things I found: 1. When I try to edit the component link "Forum" in Menu Manager to change the name, it breaks the url. What was originally: http://www.stuycentennial.org/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=108 becomes: http://www.stuycentennial.org/undefined&Itemid=106 2. Logging out still produces the following message in the main window: You are not authorized to view this resource. You need to login. The link causing this message is: http://www.stuycentennial.org/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=28&action=logout&sesc=2773564d9bb5981295782a89c6dfda9f 3. I dont know if this is an issue with my SMF settings but as soon as I click on the form button which brings up my wrapped SMF, All the text on the screen seems to increase by 1 point size. Very strage. Again, great work all. Title: Re: LOGIN / LOGOUT FIX Post by: palik on May 31, 2005, 02:21:20 AM yes yes yes!
new pack fixed login/off issues and more - it fixed issues with error notice when changing profile info :) great job!
