1  MamboHacks.com / Mambo-SMF Forum 1.3.0 Support / Re: Login problem - not yet discussed on: July 21, 2005, 11:36:34 AM
I thought about starting a new thread for this, but I will try here first.  I installed the latest optional login module (1.3.1a) and have been trying to use it.  However, the logout will not log me out of the forums, it just logs me out of mambo.  Here are the steps

1) Login using the optional login module
2) After successful login, select logout from the optional login module

This displays and error and the pathway changes to home -> upload media
Error states: "You are not authorized to view this resource.  You need to login."  If I look at the optional login module I see that I am still logged into smf but not mambo.

I went through and deleted all cookies from my site and cleared the cache.  I also verified that my live_site has the www. as suggested previously.  Nothing has worked to resolve this issue.

Things to note:
1) I have the user menu enabled with the mambo logout unpublished.  The reason is so I can have the upload media feature of the zoom media gallery available to registered users.
2) Upload media is the first item on the user menu.  It is not a coincidence that the pathway changes to home -> upload media when I select logout from the optional login module
3) If I select logout from the forum itself I am correctly logged out of both mambo and smf without an issue.

I have almost exactly the same problem.  Has this beedn fixed in another thread .....I'll keep looking.

3  MamboHacks.com / Mambo-SMF Forum 1.3.0 Support / Small tweak in info center in mambo only. on: July 19, 2005, 12:15:10 AM
I am running 1.3.1.3 and I have a tweak in my infocenter.

The latest post looks like it moved a column.

I know I have looked at BoardIndex.template.php and Index.template.php but I can't figure it out.

Any help would be great!

Here is the standalone version and the forum component.
4  MamboHacks.com / Mambo-SMF Forum 1.3.0 Support / Mambo SMF template help on: July 17, 2005, 02:22:07 AM
I am running mambo 4.5.2
smf 1.0.5
mambo/smf 1.3.1.3

When I acces the forum I get a problem where the right side of the mambo template table pinches out.

If anyone could point where in the mambo template or the smf templat I could look that would help very much.  Or maybe this is a css issue??

Here are a couple pictures.

Desktop2.jpg : The way the rightside should look.

I have the exact same go up and go down button problem with mmy mambo install.    My forum is in the SMF directory under Mambo so it repeats:

/mysite/Mambo/Mambo/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=33&expv=0&topic=3.new#top

I have tried it with the Rangnarok and the Default theme.

Thank you

again...
no beta for now...
Mambo-SMF Forum 1.3.1.3 is only tested with SMF 1.0.5 (final release).

I wondered that but I couldn't find which sit I should run.

thank you!

Same thing here.

I downloaded the 1.3.1.3 extracted the "SMFMamboMod_1.3.1b"
Installed smf
installed the component (Mambo 4.5.2 not that that matters to this smf problem)
tried to install the package
Get the warning and this output:
   Type     Action     Description
1.    Execute Modification    ./index.php    Test failed
2.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/script.js    Test successful
3.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Post.php    Test failed
4.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Subs-Post.php    Test failed
5.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Profile.php    Test failed
6.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/Subs.php    Test failed
7.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/LogInOut.php    Test successful
8.    Execute Modification    ./Sources/QueryString.php    Test successful

So here the question we all have, how can all the files in ./Sources be chmod 777 and yet some hav success and some fail?
If I could reach through my sh and choke my machine I would!

Please Help!
