can you go to mambo cache directory and delete the ff:

index2.php?option=com_rss&feed=RSS1.0&no_html=ss1
mh_announcement.rdf
mh_mambo_smf_update.rdf

Then reload your admin page.

Hi!  :-\

[img][/img]

It doesn't work, it's something about the time to live in rdf.php, on #34

if($age > $timeToLive)

if I say < the error becomes a warning on line 66,  about 0 value...
#66 $rdfData = fread($localFile, filesize($rdf));

even if I have deleted the content of the cahe directory, it creates
mh_mambo_smf_update.rdf with a strage timestamp : 01.01.2098 02:30 a.m.

talk ya later, I'll be around...

Alex,

Your backend problem is not really a showstopper. Your forum should be ok. I still haven't gone through this issue because I don't have a Server 2k3 testing platform.

How's your forum? Is it running without any problem?

Thanx a lot  ! at least u were replying me...  :)
I removed // If the file is too old, then we need to refresh it from the URL "feature" so, no more hot news... though

Anyway, I'll read all the comments here, on the forum, and on the forum.mamboserver  BUT there was no reply !!!! what else can I do ? it's "preety" hard coding inside even if I managed to hack a little bit some lines...

So, would u be kind and give me some mode hints :
- is it a well-known bug with posting images in the static content area ? due to the error in the mambojavascript.js with the _caption_position and _caption_align, and yes, my forum is ok.

I have same problem with mambo 4.5.2 and i deleted alraeady those cache files - which mambo is creating again.

The login shows just a msg i should cfg the login.
So i cant use this bridge with the latest mambo :(

I were able to install this bridge version
http://mamboforge.net/frs/download.php/5095/MOS_SMF_BRIDGEv3.12stable.zip
I did steps 1-4 of this installation and then had to extract step1 zip manually and upload the MOS_SMF.php into forum/Sources manually - now it looks liek its worky :-)

Any mybe you have to manually past the ssi realted code into the header of the custom theme . and mybe this was causing the error as described above?
Cheers
