Converting from Simpleboard to SMF

Hello all, I had a question for someone, or anyone.  I am in the middle of changing the forum on my website from Simpleboard to SMF.  I installed the SMF forum and the add'l components into the same database as my mambo site, which is also the same db as my current simpleboard forum.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to convert all the topics, thread, and replies from my simpleboard data, to my new SMF forum.  I would hate to have to lose all that data in the simpleboard forum.
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how to do this or is this possible.

I would be really interested to know and I am sure there are alot of ppl out there who also needs to know.
