Didn't see exactly this problem discussed with the latest release, 1.3.2beta1.

The font changes when switching to the forum component page.  It is most noticeable on the mambo breadcrumbs, but some of my users are telling me that it is enough to affect the screen size, making them have to do lots of scrolling.

I checked out the smf-forum demo that you just added, and sure enough, your breadcrumbs are different on that page too.  So it's not just me. 

Am so glad you got this component released for SMF 1.1+!   Even with the font and login/logout glitches, it is still worth it!
