What gap on the silver gap?

I mean, in IE, the top silver border on the top of planetfall template has gap. How can I fix that gap there?

Here's the fix:
there are 2 lines of this on index.php ...
<img src="<?php echo $mosConfig_live_site ; ?>
bring up the "</td>" at the end of that line, it will fix the gap appearing in IE!
<img src="<?php echo $mosConfig_live_site ; ?>
